Predio does not use client data, lead data, or personal information to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. All AI features run through Anthropic's enterprise API, which contractually prohibits use of customer data for model training. Data processed through Predio's AI features is used solely to generate responses within your session and is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes.

Lead scraping: Predio's lead engine collects publicly available data from sources such as Craigslist, Zillow, and public records. You are responsible for ensuring your use of scraped lead data complies with all applicable laws and the terms of the source platforms.
We retain your account information and platform data for as long as your subscription is active. After termination:

Predio's platform includes AI-powered features including an ISA lead qualifier, transaction coordinator, admin chat assistant, and market report generator. These features are powered by Anthropic's enterprise API (Claude). When you use these features, relevant data is transmitted to Anthropic to generate a response.
Predio does not use public AI consumer products (such as ChatGPT or Claude.ai) to process your data. All AI processing runs through Predio's own authenticated server-side routes and Anthropic's enterprise API, which operates under strict data isolation and confidentiality obligations. Your brokerage data is never entered into a public AI interface.
Neither Predio nor Anthropic uses your client data, lead data, deal data, or personal information to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Anthropic's enterprise API terms expressly prohibit using customer data for model training. Predio's own systems do not use your data for AI model development.
Predio's AI features are designed to use the minimum data necessary to generate a useful response. Where possible, AI prompts use property and deal attributes rather than personally identifiable information. We are continuously working to implement additional anonymization layers in AI workflows.
Predio maintains logs of AI feature usage for security, debugging, and compliance purposes. These logs record what features were used and when, but are not used for AI model training. Logs are retained for 90 days and subject to the same deletion rights as other personal data.
