The Predio platform enables brokerage clients to send automated SMS messages to their leads through the AI ISA Agent and other communication tools. As a brokerage client using these features, you are the "sender" of those communications and are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your leads and complying with TCPA and all applicable communications law.
